If you have been keeping an eye on the Microsoft 365 public roadmap there are a lot of new things starting to roll out. One item that I get asked about frequently is the ability to transfer a caller to voicemail within Microsoft Teams.
Well based on the Microsoft 365 roadmap ID 54235 this feature will be rolling out in September. In addition users will also be able to configure call answer rules, choose the greeting language, customizing standard and out of office (OOF) greetings, and choosing when the OOF greeting should be played.
