My Peloton Workout Plan

Last week’s focus was getting in miles and getting the legs comfortable with long distances. This week I am throwing in some extra speed work to get the legs comfortable going faster, even for small bursts. My goal is to get my half-marathon running pace down in preparation for races sometime in 2021.
