Last week my workout plan was not to have a plan. I opted to keep it dynamic and go just based on feeling. Over the past few weeks, I have noticed that my power and speed was starting to decline. Between the summer heat and the increase in training load and intensity, it was time to dial it back and focus on rest and recovery.
This week, I will alternate between the bike and tread blending across intensity levels. I will mostly do endurance-focused work, tossing in some HIIT, Strength, and Yoga.
